About the WBJEE Examination
West Bengal Joint Entrance (WBJEE) examination is a state level entrance examination. Based on the score and subsequently the rank list, students are granted admission to undergraduate engineering, technology, pharmacy and architecture courses in Government and Private colleges across West Bengal. Features of the WBJEE Examination :
- It’s an off line pen and paper examination.
- Subjects covered are Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.
- 155 number of MCQ type questions are framed.
Duration of the Examination: Total 4 hours
- Paper 1 Mathematics: 2 hours
- Paper 2 Physics& Chemistry: 2 hours
Marking scheme
- Category 1: +1 for each correct answer, -0.25 for each wrong answer
- Category 2: +2 for each correct answer, -0.5 for each wrong answer
- Category 3: +2 for each correct answer and there is no negative marking
Educational Qualification
For Engineering, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science, with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories)
Our WBJEE Coaching Program
If a student joins our 2 years integrated program meant for X to XI moving students, 1year program (Focus) meant for XI to XII moving students, 1year Target meant for XII passed course. These courses prepare a student for JEE(Main) and WBJEE.

Phase-I (Class- XI)

- Covering the syllabi keeping NCERT as guideline and getting students oriented with advanced reference books.
- Regular doubt solving session
- Weekly chapter based proficiency test
- Monthly cumulative phase test in the exact pattern of JEE and Board.
Phase-II (Class- XII)
- Completing the syllabi faster
- Intensive revision and test taking skill development in advanced level problems
- Imparting skill needed to write board specific answers for conceptual, long type and numerical questions
Phase-III
- Practicing DPPs of higher difficulty level
- MOCK tests in the exact pattern of JEE(Main), WBJEE and Board examination
- Practicing DPPs on board type questions
